PCMCIA Wireless Cards for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3

Does anybody know of any PCMCIA based Wirless cards that work in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3, and are not to insanely complicated to set up? I would very much appreciate any help with this issue. Thanks.
