pcmcia saa7134 tv card no sound


i finally got video out of my zurotech tv card, but i can't get any sound....i can get video by using a lot of different card numbers, but i have to use tuner=54....is there a certain module that i need to load so that i can get sound?

To get sound you have to include oss=1 while loading the saa7134 module. It will be /dev/dsp1 if your sound card is /dev/dsp0. You will need to use the utility sox or use mplayer while watching TV. If the pcmcia card has a line out jack, you can plug it in the line in jack of your sound card.

Sound only works with tuner. If you want to use composite or S-Video, sound will not work.
