PCI Slot MHZ Query

Hello I am running RHEL5 latest patches on a AMD machine (Tyan S2881 motherboard) with the standard latest kernel, latest 3ware firmware, latest motherboard firmware, and a 3ware SATA raid controller. The 3ware SATA raid controller has been performing rather poorly so I called 3ware tech support for help. 3ware tech support seemed quite good and gave me a decent sized list of issues to work on. I performed all of them except one now, which is to verify that the motherboard PCI slot is in fact running at 66mhz and not higher. My 3ware card is plugged into slot 1 which is 33mhz to 133mhz capable. Below is the output for the controller but the Status: 66MHz+ doesn't really seem to tell me what MHZ the card is actually running at but rather whether it supports 66MHz. Can someone please point me to a utility I can compile or download the package for, or is included with RHEL 5, that provides the actual MHz the card is running at? The 3ware tech support folks seemed to indicate that windows has numerous ways of getting at this information so I can only assume Linux also does since it is generally better about hardware transparency than Windows.

Here is the lspci -vvvvvv output of the 3ware controller:
