Arrow PCI card not recogized

I have troubles with my HP Pavilion Ze 4357 trying to configure my network- connection in Mandrake 9.1
On my desktop computer I had no worries at all. However the Internet- connection- assistend just won't recognize the fact that there is a 100/10 MBit network adaptor bult into the machine.

btw, I put the output of
cat /proc/pci
at the end of this message

i reckon this showes that the network adapter is correctly installes. but why isn't it recognized???

thanx for your help

jörg

Looks like a normal natsemi.o like the FA311. What happens when you try this one, from a command line, as root:

modprobe natsemi

Cheers,
