Hey, I'm trying to set up a packard bell fc700 monitor in kde, does anyone know the sync rates for this monitor? I cant find them anywhere.

Cheat. If this thing is newer then 1996-ish Its got a nice generic range, I would try:

HorizSync 30-70
VertRefresh 50-90

Just about anything on the planet will find a mode somewhere in those ranges.
