Parity error on scsi hardware

Hello,

I've a server with an Adaptec 29160 (module AIC7XXX) scsi card.
I've plugged a storage library (ADIC FastStor 2) on it.
Linux version : Red Hat EL 3.2 - kernel version 2.4.21-27

After an electric interruption, i can't see the optical drive on the library.

dmesg said :
Code:
scsi1 : Adaptec AIC7XXX EISA/VLB/PCI SCSI HBA DRIVER, Rev 6.2.36

Vendor: ADIC Model: FastStor 2 Rev: G12r
Type: Medium Changer ANSI SCSI revision: 02

(scsi1:A:5:0): parity error detected in Data-in phase. SEQADDR(0x81) SCSIRATE(0xc3)
        CRC Value Mismatch
The library has been changed by a new one.

Do you have any clue to help me to solve this problem?

Thanks!

PS : Sorry if i made too english mistakes, i'm not yet fluent
