Overclocking help

I have a Intel Pentium 3 running at 733mghtz, is there room for me to improve? If so i do have a new fan installed so i belive it can handle some more. However when i enter the BIOS im restricted from the prossecer speed to change it, along with memory and other things, basicly my question is, How do i get access to those options to over clock my system?

Any suggestions on how far i should take it, and any programs i can use to see if my new settings are stabile?

BTW im running Madrake 9.1 and a Nvidia GeForce2MX400 vidiocard, i have the latest version of nvclock but i dont know how to insall the package, please help with this too.

You need to at least specify your motherboard manufacturer/model. Even then you will be lucky to find someone here with the specific information you want. You might have more luck browsing/posting to some overclockers' hangout, such as
