openwrt - read from /dev/ttys0

Hello,
i bought new TP-Link and replace original FW by openwrt.
Reason was connect device to RS232(on tplink) and read output from the device (RFID card reader).
When i install stty to openwrt, set baudrate to 9600 and try cat /dev/ttys0 i obtained some mess with 3 - 4 characters which are really on ID card.

Can somebody advice me how to set serial port on openwrt or how to properly read from /dev/ttys0 ? Thanks
