one more cdrecord problem


hallo,

my problem is, when i try to burn an audio cd(i ripped it to .wav and the files are on my hd) or copy a vcd on the fly, my cd burner burns only at low speeds. about 1x

but when i burn data cds it uses multiple speeds

its an lite on 16x burner.

can anybody help me?

are you using the command line, or a program?

i've tried it in both ways, with a gui and from the command line.

the command which xcdroast pastes seems to be correct, i don't see any reason why it should burn it so slow
