Onboard NIC on HP dx2000MT on 2.2.16-22

I am having problems trying to locate a driver for a the following NIC that is built into the motherboard on a friends HP dx2000MT pc. The kernel is 2.2.16-22. When I run lspci -v , I get the following information about my NIC....

Intel Corporation: Unknown device 1050 (rev 02)
GVC/BCM Advanced Research: unknown device 2181

Any help would be great. I have been searching for this for a while now. I have tried using a driver for a bcm5700 that I found on the Broadcom's website, but that does not work. I have also tried using a driver for a bcm4400 and that did not work either. Thanks in advance.
