Lots of options, but since you don't say what version/distro of Linux, anything about your SAN setup, or what software you're using (Veritas, PowerPath, etc.), it's hard to say.
If your SAN guys aren't giving you the info you need, either your or your boss need to go put foot to butt, and make them do a good, complete job. Shoving something out there, and not giving any info about it, isn't a good idea, and is definitely not professional.
