Olympus c-400 zoom HELP!!


My model is not listed, not sure how to get this model to work, 500 camera! please help. total newbie here..

I'm guessing your camera interface is serial? If so, and its not on the list, its probably not worth bothering to try and get it working directly. I had the same problem with a Vivitar that they had never even written a win2k driver for, so I just gave up and bought a $10 USB Compact Flash reader. Sometimes its just easier to buy your way around the problem. The Sandisk series (i.e. bestbuy's big mover), is common, works out of the box with kernel 2.4.19+ and is a quick and dirty way to get around the problem.
