Unhappy nvidia geforce fx 5200 drivers...

I'm kinda a newbie...if u NEED the kernel or any other're probably gonna have to tell me how =/

Distrib-Slackware 10.0
Kernel-I dunno... =/

i tried installing the "IA32" driver from and during the install, it said that my kerenel was configured to include rivafb support as a loadable kernel and that the nvidia drivers wouldnt work unless rivafb was disabled. Well, since the drivers dont work, im assuming rivafb is how do i disable it?....i need to either disable it or get other drivers that will enable 3d rendering for my me plz!
