I already figured, the only way the proprietary drivers work with three monitors is when it starts another instance of X11 to display on the third monitor. So I went back to X.org's open source driver and it worked!! But there are some downsides to it, firstly, the mouse cursor flickers once in a while, the screen used as the primary desktop is the one on the right side instead of the middle one. I moved the panel to the middle screen but it won't let me use the screen as a desktop, just simply a screen, how do I change that.
For the googlers out there this is how I did it.
In typical Ubuntu variants you would go to display settings, the card should have your monitor on the list paled out, select it and check off the check box that says "use this display". You might need to tinker around with it to get the sequences just right, I don't like having to physically move them around, it's more troublesome than using the software method.
