NVidia: Failed to allocate frame buffer context DMA

Hallo everybody.

I probably have quiet unique problem. I have a new computer with 4GB of memory (it is school computer :-) ), Athlon64 FX-53 processor and NVidia GeForce FX 5200 (rev. 161) videocard. I installed Slackware 10.0 (for 32 bit architecture) on it.

I installed NVidia driver for IA32 (I believe it does not cause following problem) exacly under instructions on NVidia page. Instalation was correct, without any problems (/var/log/nvidia-installer.log does not contain errors).
Then I configured X.org (/etc/X/xorg.conf), thus I am sure that I have no Load "dri" or Load "GLcore" in Modules section, and driver set to Driver "nvidia".

When I run startx, message:

"(EE) NVIDIA(0)" Failed to allocate frame buffer context DMA"

appears on screen and in /val/log/Xorg.0.log. When I examined this log file, everything seems to be OK (well, there are several warnings, but I do to suppose they are connected with the problem).

I can say, that nvidia kernel module is loded, I use linux 2.6.9 with 4GB memory support (configured myself) and compiled for athlon-xp (as Slackware is not, unfortunatelly, for AMD64)

I tried to found any reasonable advice, but unsuccessfully; I have even send error with appropriate description and log files to NVidia developpers (6 days ago), but no answer to now.

Do you have any idea what to do? Do you want my configs? And which of them? (I do not attach them now because of space ...)

Thak you very much, I try to solve it several days, but nothing ...
