Nvidia Drivers for XEN Kernel

How do I install Nvidia drivers for use with the XEN Kernel?

Eg:

In Ubuntu 7.10 will no longer boot, if I install Nvidia with XEN Kernel.
In OpenSuse 10.2 & 10.3 X server will no longer start when I install Nvidia with XEN Kernel, I have to uninstall Nvidia with Yast and run SAX to reconfigure the X Server.
In Slackware 12 gives an error starting X Server after Nvidia, I have to manually edit xorg.conf and remove Nvidia entries and then run X.

The graphics adapters are, GeForce 6600 GO, GeForce 4 MX440 and GeForce FX5200.

Of course none of this happens If I don't install the XEN Kernel.

How do I install Nvidia drivers for use with the XEN Kernel?
Maybe some alternative Virtual Machine Software to replace XEN?

Thanks

Did you install the system repo drivers?
Are you planning on using the Xen hypervisor at all? If not, do not install the Xen kernel. If yes, then is the distro supposed to be domu or dom0 or what?
