Not sure if any wiring is wrong - DSL splitter
http://onepiece.sdf.org/images/dslsplittercheck5.jpg
It is not working at the moment. I can log into the DSL modem via Wi-Fi, but it is not letting me access the Internet.

Usually the splitter has a filter on the phone ports that blocks the DSL signal.
If your MODEM is connected to the wires on the phone side it will not be able to connect to your ISP. Try switching to phone wires to the MODEM port.

Seriously, there's NO context or troubleshooting info in your post, and very little to go on overall. Please read the first two non-Covid links in my signature.

Usually some leds also that tell status.
The admim page of the modem could also display many of the wan technical facts.
Could be the device is set to block wifi access to wan.
Does it work on wired connection?

The gizmo for dsl filter is to reduce noise on phones. You can remove it to test modem.

UPDATE
The customer support is not doing anything much to help.
The customer support will send out a technician for roughly 60USD or 50 Euros
My buddy who lives next door gave me his WiFi password for free. I told him I am certainly willing to compensate but he says it is OK.
I now no longer need to repair it, or have a technician come over to repair it.

Thanks for the update. I live too far from my good neighbors to do that. I'd pay half too.
