No Sound !!!


I am trying to get SuSE 8.0 to have sound with my laptop.
I have a NeoMagic MagicMedia 265 AV card.

Any Ideas ??

ive got the same problem.. exactly the same sound device!
arghhh!
ive got redhat8 and cant get the cound going.. it detects it.. but i dont get any sound from the test.
have you found a solution? let me know!

I don't know but this may help (I have Sony VAIO)
