At long last, thanx to all you guys for your patience with me. I uninstalled Suse and reinstalled Twice! and it still didn't work, then when configuring using the"Advanced" way, I noticed it was calling the card a camera? I had left a web cam plugged in the back, that must have been the source of the error was, ( Incorrect Module Parameters ) as soon as I unplugged the webcam, and rebooted, and used Yast it worked. " OK, OK don't shout at me," now can any one tell me how to install my webcam?
Thanx guys, Adrian
Thanks all, for your patience and help. I got it to work . It turned out to be my Webcam was the problem, as (I'm no expert) I noticed that when using the advanced method of installing, it was showing a usb camera and not a sound card, I uninstalled the webcam and used the Yast tool to install the card again, and that was that!, But if I re-boot with the webcam plugged in I have to re-install the sound card again. Q, is this because it was plugged in when I installed Suse?and was detected through the sound card, and will I solve this by re-installing without the webcam plugged in? are you with me? Thanx Adrian
