no power to power button


My problem arises two days ago. Power button of my keyboard has stopped working,why?
It works well when I use windows.

This is due to the extended keyboard functions which aren't configured. You may try to use alternatives on the keyboard configuration panel or have a look at your keyboard's manufacturer website.

If it did work correctly and still does in windows you assume it is the linux install.

Try a clean install again of your OS and see if it works.
