no power to perfrials to configure hardware/install


i put together a scrappy computer for my brother (running core2) and when dropped the drive in everthing just booted up, and i kinda thought that was odd. but i logged in and everything, and the system worked but the modem didnt.. so i rebooted.. and hen i told me everything wsnt configured.. which is fun, cuz ii dont remember jack about that box..

but more over the issue is that cant get power to the mouse or keyboard.. so i cant even wing a configuration.

HELP!!!!!!
