no medium found

I have a similar problem.
It happens with an INTENSO USB Disc with 32GB.

with

Code:
eject -t /dev/sdd
I was able to reverse the eject, and avoid the "no medium found" message. But still no access to the flash memory.

f3 tools did also not work.

I would be really interested, what happened to this device.

Hello, rundekugel & welcome to LQ.

Similar problem to what? I don't know. Do you?

If your usb drive works, use & appreciate it.They don't do eject; you mount & unmount them.
When it starts throwing errors call time on it and buy another. You get longer out of a usb drive that we ever did from a floppy.

The OP was moved from a necro thread. So OP needs to provide more information. The members post should have been in a new thread instead of high jacking a necro.

Show us what lines get logged to dmesg when you plug that device into the USB.
>> dmesg | tail
