No hard drives found ERROR MESSAGE on Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS installation

I have installation problem with Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS on Itanium base hp server rx4610 64bit.

No hard drives found
An error has occured- No hard dirves has been found. You probably need to maunally choose device drivers for the installation to success.

My hard drives is type of SCSI. I think the problem is with SCSI disks.

Everybody help me pls!!!
From where can i download device drivers.
Thanks,
zayar

well as suggested, you'd probably want to specifiy the scsi drivers you need. as you've not told us what scsi controller you have, we can't tell you which to choose though.

that's just a generic description, not model / vendor.

that appears to be a hard drive. it's the scsi controller, not the drive that requires a driver.
