Ok, by the sounds of it, you don't have the driver from Nvidia installed or else the game would work.

1. "init 3" at the command prompt should get you out of X. If not, change your /etc/inittab to run level 3.

2. install the nvidia drivers as root while logged out of the X server.
sh NVIDIA-x86_64............run should do the trick.

3. Make sure you have the kernel source installed in /usr/src/ and that it has a symbolic link to the source folder called "linux" . Use ....

ln -s /usr/src/linux-2.6.5 /usr/src/linux

or install it from the fedora cd's if it's there.

4. Change your XF86Config file in /etc/X11 to read "nvidia" not "nv" in the device section.

This entire subject is very, very, very well documented. Google it!

And what's with the assualt rifle?

yes it is an assault rifle... it is my chinese sks semi-auto as fast you can pull the trigger you can put 7.62x39mm rounds downrange(same exact round as ak - 47) It was mostly milled and not stamped like the later rifles that china produced so it is a really good rifle and all the serials match Explode rocks! Shoot right thru a telephone pole! Even go thru an engine block, or so i hear. I am also getting a pair of Mousin Nagant rifles too , Romanian M44's that is a 7.62x54R 3mm longer then a .308.
