No events coming from my PGDN keys

I've been happily running RH9 on my Dell Latitude 3800 for several months. But I get nada when I try to use my PageUp/Page Dn keys. I tried running xev and it reports no events whatsoever for those keys.
I know nothing is wrong with the key itself, because it works fine if I boot WinXP.

Any help?
