have you checked, from google for example, that the device isn't based on some other chip and so could possibly use the drivers made for some other card? I mean, some d-link ethernet cards, for example, work with a tulip-driver (just an example)..

i have checked the d-link site. now my basic problems is that i am not getting the drivers, i think eciadsl drivers should work, or if u can tell m ehere to get the 9000_Linux.tgz drivers

alrighty...I was unable to find the 9000_linux.tgz you mentioned, but the eciadsl driver site found easily:

http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/download.php?lang=en

there seems to be the drivers along with instructions how to install them..hopefully that helps :)
