No audio on Asus Rampage with Supreme FX II card

This is my first excursion into Linux. Things seem to be going relatively smoothly, except for one sticking point: my audio doesn't work. I'm really at a loss as to where to go next.

Various places have suggested the starting point is to post the output from the ALSA information script. I posted this here:

I'd be appreciative of any help you guys can give. Thanks in advance!

I am also looking for info on this, so far, nothing.

I checked FedoraForum also, no dice. If you find anything let me know. This box runs so dang sooth I would love for it to run music as it is in my living room, and I just spent like 1 whole day figuring out ho to bind wlan1 in ifcfg to get it working out here.
