Nice keyboard for Linux?

My current keyboard (a Dell USB multimedia keyboard, the multimedia keys don't work with Linux) is getting a bit old, and hard to type on. I recently bought a Logitech Access to replace it, but it uses some odd proprietary keyboard protocol which doesn't have a Liunx driver. So does anyone know of a nice keyboard (nice shape, fairly easy-to-press keys, a plastic arm rest, maybe working multimedia keys) which will actually work with Linux?

I don't really have any advice to give you since opinions vary wildly from user to user. I love laptop keyboards - short and quick depression, not too loud, and doesn't require too much desktop estate - so I ended up with a generic noname small outline keyboard (not actually a mini keyboard but very close).

My best suggestion is go to a computer hardware store and try out a few. Then go trawl the web for better prices than they have in stores.

Thanks, but the problem is that all of the ones I like in Staples either won't work with Linux or are from Microsoft.

I always wanted to buy a back-lit keyboard but since there is no such keyboard with both hebrew and english keys I gave up...
