NIC enabled

I have 3 NICs installed, 2 of them were there upon installing FC2 but I added the third one later. The third one is the same exact model as one of the other 2 NICs... After installing the 3rd NIC I booted up and Fedora detected the card and installed everything and under Network Configuration on the hardware tab I see all three devices but under devices in the network config I only see the eth0 and eth1..... And if I plug in the device it doesnt work.... How do I enable it? I did it before I beleive with a previous system but I forgot Thanks, I would really like this third NIC workinf.
