nforce2 device/dev/dsp does not exist
Hello linux users;
First of all I would like to say that I am new to linux.Only 2 weeks into this now. I have installed pclinuxos(version 0.92 7676nvidia) to my harddrive.I know of the forum there at pclinuxos.com, I joined this forum as well to gain all the possible help I can.I will need it.Hopefully,the different distro will not prevent me on getting help at this forum. Problem:No sound at all.Graphics work excellent. From the time I was using the livecd and even now after a install to the harddrive, I recieve the following error:device/dev/dsps does not exist,sound server will continue as null.
