Hello,
I just got the new version of KNoppix and I was wondering if yall could give me a hand. My dad told me I should get this as a good intro to Linux and the like.
Anyways, to the point. I'm on a Dimension 2350 and running Windowes Xp, so when the computer boots it doesnt show the point where I'm supposed to hit "del" to change the boot order of my hardrive. So I can't change it so the CD-rom boots BEFORE the Hard Drive. Anybody know how I can get in and change it so I can run Knoppix?
Ok, I tried the F8 button, and the "del" button independently and then I tried them at the same time, and none of those attempts worked. All that happaend was I got a black screen, and then after about a second it went straight into the loading Windowes Screen, tried it there and of course it didnt work.
