New Sound Card

I'm getting this sound card from someone and would like to know if it's pretty easy to setup with most distros of Linux? Does linux have drivers for it?

Turtle Beach Santa Cruz.

Anything special I would need to know?

I currently have onboard VIA AC'97 sound and getting kinda tired of it.
