Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Network Printing to Xerox-Phaser 6370

OK, I am placing this in the hardware forum, but it could very well be a network issue. I have a print server called scribe. It is on the same subnet that my RHEL 6 box. I can print to the Phaser that is served by scribe on a 2nd private network 10.X.X.X. I can also print to an HP-Laserjet 5200 that is connected directly to the network. I have another machine, on another network that can't print to the Phaser. It can ping scribe, the print server, as well as the Phaser. It can also print to the HP on my subnet, but the Phaser jobs just say "connecting" and they go now further. I'm looking for some ideas to troubleshoot this. Thanks.
