Network on boot

Hey,

I've got a network card installed which I use to connect my Xbox to my PC. This is for using Xbox Live when I'm running windows.

When I boot into Mandrake, during boot, Mandrake attempts to establish a connection through the card (eth0) and take around 5 mins to try this before continuing with the boot.

How do I tell Mandrake to ignore the network card during boot?

Thanks! :)

You it should be possible to disable eth0 via Mandrake Control Center but I can't verify at this time.

Here is the manual method:

Edit /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file
Change
onboot=yes
to
onboot=no

Thanks a lot, edited that manually, starts up almost as fast as XP now :P

Thanks again for your help :)
