network drivers installation on redhat linux es 3.0


i am having a piv cpu and 915gav motherboard with redhat linux es 3.0 when i am trying to install network driver it gives the error kernal source could not be found on ur system pl install kernal source and try again

location searched for kernal source
/usr/src/linux-2.4
/usr/src/linux
/usr/src/2.4.21-15 EL

Search you cd's for a file called kernel-*-sources.rpm and install this using the rpm command. This will install the kernel sources for you and then you can compile you driver.
