Hello,

Yes I could solve the problem by replacing the network card with Realtek 8139c model instead of Realtek 8139d.

Network card huh? Hmm...

Ok, well, maybe I'll give that one a try before I switch to to v9...

The server DOES have 2 nic cards in it...

Just an update, it WAS the Nic card... I put in a 32bit older intel one, and it works fine...

Now, I have to disable ipchains so I can telnet in... Or at least get sshd going...
