Unhappy network card not detected


my corel linux doesnt detect my ISA network card. how do i get it to recognize it? also my linux is running slow. why is it lagging ? for anyone info, im dual booting with win ME . when i use win ME its ok..no slow perfromance but when i boot into corel linux..it takes forever..can anyone outhere have a solution to my probs?

Corel? What release? I'm going to move this to the Hardware forum. Can you post up what you get when you type:
lspci -v
into a terminal?

when i type lspci -v at the terminal this is what shown:
