I'm building together a new Parallels Virtuozzo Node using Centos 5 64bit O/S flavor.

The hardware I'm using is the following:


LSI LSI LSI00132 SAS Controller
Fujitsu MBA3300RC 300GB 15000 RPM Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Hard Drive
3x Kingston 4GB DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) ECC Fully Buffered Dual Channel Server Memory Model KVR667D2D8F5K2/4G
Dual INTEL XEON 2 E5405 2.0GHZ 1333MHZ 12MB QUAD CORE CACHE L771 CPU
SUPERMICRO X7DVL‐I

Found out from a Virtuozzo technician that the above LSI controller has no available compatible Virtuozzo drivers. So they pointed me to this link to find a compatible storage controller:

I was looking at this one, which shows up in the list of compatible controllers.

LSI LSI00177 SAS controller

Would this LSI work fine with my motherboard and the Fujitsu SAS drive?
