need linksys pci(wmp54gs) drivers for fedora core 4
i am currently using a linksys pci adapter with wireless G and speed booster (wmp54gs).i was originally using it to access the Internet in windows xp but now that I'm dual booting fedora core 4 i need a driver so that i can use it in that as well. i haven't been able to find any 64bit drivers for wmp54gs and even if i had found one i'm not sure i would have completely understood how to install it as i am a newbie to linux. any suggestions would be appreciated
You need to use ndiswrapper (get source here or get compiled RPMs from Livna) to wrap the Windows drivers. Other people might be able to help you more. Also try searching "ndiswrapper" in the forums.
