need help with drive mounting..

Hey I am using fedora 8.. When the fedora starts it automatically mounts my ntfs drives.. i have a dual boot system with windows vista.. My drives are mounted in media and with disk disk-1 and so on numbers.. The problem is that everytime the fedora mounts my drives the mount points change.. e.g once it mounts my D drive of NTFS at disk-1 and the next time its on disk-3 or something.. Can somebody tell me how can I get fedora to mount my drives at the same mount point everytime..??

Use the /dev/disk/by-label/.* links in /etc/fstab instead?
