Arrow Need help on how to install drivers

Hello everyone. Well, basically, I was wondering if anyone out their knew of a URL that explains the process of what you do when you install a new piece of hardware and the drivers that go along with it.

I just purchased 2 NIC's for my Linux box. However, I am unfamiliar with the process of what to do when it comes to installing the drivers.

The NICS are the Linksys LNET10/100. (think so...)

So, in a nutshell, whats the process that I need to do once I turn on the puter after the new NIC's are installed.

A HOW TO or a Guide would be great!

Thanks everyone!

RL

On RH side if you run kudzu it should automatically pick up new hardware, then it is the matter of configuration, if the system can't determine the drivers for your NICS, you'll need to d/l the latest drivers, I found this post, look it up

and this url might help as well
