need help adjusting TV OUT on intel 830 IEGD 5.1

Hey everyone,
Large portions of the desktop are not visible on the TV (a SONY 32" flatscreen CRT purchased ~2005) when using the default settings on intel 830 with IEGD 5.1 driver.
Here is a diagram of the visible area on the TV:
Everything is fine and everything is shown when other computers are used with this TV.
How do I adjust the width and height of the output so it all fits into the TV screen? It would also be nice to fix the slight tilt of the image.
Thanks in advance.
