Question need "Cnet SinglePoint 56k Fax Modem" pcmcia driver !!

hi to all ,

this is a winmodem card and i have been looking for this driver for a long time but i didnt found it ,... my card is a " Cnet SinglePoint 56k Fax Modem " ,...

i believe the cnet modems have a conexant chipset. try looking at linuxant
