Need a hardware check before install ati drivers

I need a second opinion before i try to install the ati drivers on slackware 9.1 that
has been updated to current. Im running the 2.4.25 kernel on a soyo kt 400 blackedition
motherboard with a via chipset. My grahpics card is a Ati 128 9800 Pro. I don't want to screw up my install, so i want to make sure im cool before i try it. I did some commands and heres the print out.
