Hi,

I'm trying to get a Belkin Wireless G Desktop network card working on Redhat 9.0, kernel 2.4.20. I have searched through the forums and the internet but found nothing that works - I have tried the things that other people did with this error and it doesn't work!

The card is F5D7000uk, and I'm using the drivers from the installation CD that came with it - I installed it on windows and then copied the files across: bcmwl5.inf and bcmwl5.sys.

I've tried ndiswrapper 11, 12, 13 and 2. 11 and 12 wouldn't 'make' properly, and 2 and 13 don't seem to recognise the card. when I type

Depending on the chipset on your card you can/cannot use the driver that is on the cd.
