my Suse linux does not detect my sound card


I have a intel 915GLVG based motherboard with 120GB hard disk and on board sound card.
i have a suse linux system on my desktop.
suse does not detect my sound card.
my sound family is ICH6.
please help me

Anuj17: I am currently working on this very same issue with another user (see above linked thread). If you could send me the output from "lspci -s 0:1b -vn", I can get this issue fixed and send a patch to the alsa team (alsong with providing you with an updated driver).
