My RAM is crazY!!

Well, my house seems to be a dimenisonal-hole or something like that, beacuse there heppend very strange things...
The first strange case happend when i tried tu use Sdram in combination with EDO in my 150. It had 16 mb of EDO, and when i added a 16 mb module of SDRAM, it said that it had only 8 mb of RAM...

But the thing that really anoys me happend yesterday... I was playing a Mega Drive game under windoze (the Linux Genesis emulators' performance sucks) in a pII 300 mhz, when a blue screen appeard.... with unintelligible things (at least for me )... the only thing I did understand was that it could not domething with a Ram address (xxxx:xxxx).
I restarted and... after cheking the RAM memory and checking the IDE's it said: "Memory test fail". If i pressed f1 could boot my pc but windows started to give errors contiously. The samed happened when booting Linux. I've tried changin many things but i cant get this to work.

ant help pliz!?

ps: My PC has an Award BIOS.

Ram should be matched, I think. Make sure you have good ram or nothing will work properly.

I think that the ram module is broken or something like that, because everything works fine after taking out one of the 32 mb modules, but it's quite strange because noone had touched inside my pc, and it used to work properly.

thanx, cya!
