MSI mobo won't let me select boot device

I need to reinstall, unless there's another way around the problem on having set up the wrong user name. I moved all the files, but haven't been able to start Postgresql due to uname conflict.
Currently the BIOS takes me directly from the m/b splash screen to the menu of rartitons. I remember from a previous MSI that there is a two-key combination to bring up BIOS setup, but I can neither remember it or find the docs from the older mb, and there is no documentation with the current one except the 19x25 sheet in 30 languages, which says "enter the BIOS" but doesn't say how. I saw a menu of devices come up on one of my numerous tries, but haven't been able to get it again.

Don't know if this will help or not. Give it a read, and see.
