MSI-KT4AV-L Hardware sensors

Hi, I've been battling on how to get the correct sensor drivers for this motherboard running fine, thus far I only know that I have to load the following modules in order to get somewhat:
i2c-sensor, i2c-isa, w83781d and via686a, however when I run `sensors` I get the following output:
Code:

So this leaves to not know what to put into my /etc/sensors.conf file, what would be the recommended?

Thanks!

EDIT: Anyone knows the specific sensor chips on this board?
