MS Intelli mouse did not work with redhat 9

I just upgraded my redhat 8 to redhat 9. The MS Intelli mouse did not work with redhat 9. I can use mouseconfig to configure the mouse and it looked like it was working but once I using my keyboard to type some text. The mouse stoped working again. It worked fine wtih redhat 8. Any idea?

Thanks!

I finally ended up reinstalling the redhat 9 (not a upgrade). The mouse worked after the new install.
